FUNCTIONAL FITNESS BOOTCAMPS & PERSONAL TRAINING

Functional fitness is training movements that reflect real-life activities. This can benefit our body more effectively than isolation training on machines, creating more adaptations and thus preparing ourselves better for daily challenges.

 Functional training is based on moving dynamically under total body control, with core strength being at the heart of every exercise. The increased activation of core stabilisers and proprioceptors that come from functional training enhances physical and mental benefits, which we integrate into all our boot camp and personal training sessions in Bristol.

We run all our sessions in a unique, fun, and interactive way! Every session is packed with exercises that compliment real-life movements. These are practical/functional movements that we use everyday. No matter what your goals, we have loads of sessions to choose from.

PERSONAL TRAINING

By making our Personal Training sessions fun, energetic and most importantly effective, we have created a results driven, relaxed and private environment to train in. This brings out the best in our clients and we find that working under too much pressure is not conducive to optimal performance, hence we prefer to keep the atmosphere friendly, relaxed and fun. This is what all our clients get as standard, as well as the chance to go on a personal journey. This journey will achieve your desired goals, whilst also challenging your self-beliefs about your body image, self-esteem and confidence.

BOOTCAMPS

We like to run our bootcamps different to your average one. To make our bootcamps unique and fun we make every session different from week to week. By doing this you never know whats coming next, Each session is packed with bespoke functional exercises and team building challenges. It is a fantastic full body workout that caters for all fitness levels.

NATURAL MOVEMENT CLASS

Our natural movement training is a very unique, organic and interactive session. We base this session on coaching natural movements within our natural environment. We will teach you to perfect the following skills; walking, running, jumping, balancing, crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, throwing, catching and other skills. In these sessions we concentrate ultimately on the way we are designed to move.

STRESS BREAKER

This session is a fantastic cathartic release of stress and tension. We hand pick these exercises specifically for stress release giving you the chance to push out all of your aggression in a safe and controlled way. We are in tune with peoples needs and working with corporate companies every day, allows us to see the main stressors for people in and out of work. This gives us the knowledge and experience of finding the most suitable exercises for every day stress management. This is one of our most enjoyable training sessions, and people always find that releasing tension through exercise is brilliant for mind and body.

KETTLEBELL CLASSES

We cover traditional lifts as well as non-traditional kettlebell exercises that offer huge versatility so exercising never gets boring. It is a great full body toning/conditioning session that burns loads of calories as well as improving your fitness and wellbeing.
This class is a great session and would ideally be suited to individuals that have completed one of our kettlebell workshops having been coached through the lifts. If you have not completed our workshop and are new to kettlebells then this is fine, we will welcome you with open arms and ensure that you are coached and guided through the session as needed.

GROUP TRAINING

Providing fun, socially interactive and truly functional group training with friends and family. This 60 minute group personal training session will give you the personal touch of a 1-1 personal training session but with the extra benefit of training with friends that have similar goals. This means that the session becomes more affordable, and your self-confidence and energy levels will increase with your friends around you.

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

Providing tailored functional fitness training for sports teams using the latest functional equipment, this service is for any sports team that wants a professionally structured session, that is specific to your sporting needs. This service is aimed towards professional clubs that would like Advanced kettlebell instructors to come in and coach their athletes to lift and use kettlebells safely and effectively, in addition to providing fresh and exciting sessions. Also local clubs that need to give their players extra conditioning and a new training stimulus, or simply to incorporate our services into their pre-season schedule, then they would be suited to our sports-specific service.
